Abstract |
Abstract This seminar explores the core TCM theory of "The Liver Opens into the Eyes" and its clinical applications in treating ocular disorders. Through case studies, we will focus on key questions: Should liver regulation be prioritized in eye care? How can a combined "disease-pattern differentiation" framework guide treatment strategies? How to effectively use herbal formulas, acupuncture, and external therapies for eye conditions? And how to integrate modern diagnostic tools (e.g., OCT imaging) with traditional TCM approaches? The session aims to discuss possibilities for TCM Western medicine collaboration. Through case discussions and interactive exchanges, participants will gain practical skills and explore pathways to advance integrative ophthalmology. |
