Repeated low-level red light (RLRL) therapy has emerged as a promisingintervention for myopia control, demonstrating notable efficacy in slowingmyopia progression. However, its safety profile remains a subject of ongoingdebate.

This lecture provides an updated overview of the clinical evidence of RLRLtherapy, covering its effects on myopia progression control, myopiaincidence reduction, and structural impacts on the retina and choroid.Current limitations and future directions in the field are also discussed.
